An A.K. Balfour long keel design, built in 1969 by Marine Services, Aberdour, Scotland. Mahogany on local oak with 5ft 6in Draft, 5 berths and 6ft+ headroom to suit the tallest of sailors.
She has an extensive inventory including Tiller Pilot, GPS, VHF, Log & Depth, Avon tender & 2HP Yamaha outboard.
The sails are in 'as new' condition, cleaned and repaired as required each season along with the sprayhhood and dodgers.
Recommendations from a recent survey (Dec 2003) are available plus all previous surveys.
The builders drawings etc are also included. She is a very sea kindly yacht, easy to sail single handed and has been cruised extensively Scotland & Ireland. She has been stored inside each winter since new and has been well looked after as indicated by her excellent condition.
