A fine example of this classic well respected cruising yacht. Completed and first launched in 1985 by Rival Marine, ( the hull was completed in 1976 by Marine Construction Ltd. but not fitted out. )
She has the trademark keyhole interior, Lewmar hatches in saloon and f'csle and a 6ft 2in headroom (making her very light and airy below).
A great deal of work has been carried out by the current owners and she is ready to sail away.

With a headroom of 6ft 2 in and Lewmar hatches she is bright and airy inside.
The forward cabin is fitted with V berths. The heads compartment is very nicely fitted with efficient sliding doors making the very best use of the available space. There is a sink with pumped water (new Jabsco pump in 2007), Jabsco Sea toilet (new 2007), a hanging locker and shower tray (shower attachment not currently connected).
In the Saloon there are two settee berths and a cleverly designed pull out cot berth, a saloon table and a chart table.
Neat sliding head doors
Single stainless steel sink with pressurised water. Cool box. Plastimo two burner stove with oven and grill, and a cleverly designed hideaway sliding worktop over oven. The whole worktop has an attractive and well installed mosaic tile surface.
North Sails Main and Genoa in serviceable condition.
Storm Jib and cruising shute - unused.
All standing rigging was replaced in 2007 with a new Rotostay headsail reefing fitted at the same time.
Owen Sails spray hood and dodgers new in 2007.
Nasa Clipper Duet - depth/log (2007).
Nasa Clipper wind (2007).
Lowrance colour GPS/plotter with Nautic Path West Europe chart module.
Standard HorizonGX1500E dual station DSC VHF (2007).

New 12 volt batteries fitted in 2007.

SL manual anchor windlass.
33 lb Bruce anchor and 50 metres chain.
25 lb CQR anchor with 50 metres chain/warp.
Stainless steel transom mounted boarding ladder.
A new Beta engine and gearbox were fitted in 2008 along with all new control panel and controls, new propeller and shaft. Only run for 60 hours.
2007 insurance survey available on request.
A storage cradle is available by separate negotiation.
