An unfinished project from new, the owners widow will consider any sensible offers.
This custom version of the well sought after Colvic Watson 26 is a long term unfinished project from new.
As far as we know, based on the 26 hull, with additional bowsprit etc she is 28 feet long.
Now sitting untouched for a number of years she is in need of a new owner to make her shipshape.
A solidly constructed motor sailer designed by G.L.Watson and built by Colvic Craft Ltd. She is constructed with heavy GRP layup and a round bilge heavy displacement long keel hull with bilge keels and lead encapsulated ballast.
She has a custom built deck-house constructed from selected hardwoods.
Inside she has been completed with lots of teak woodwork and has full standing headroom everywhere.
The 1.5 litre BMC shaft drive engine has only done a very small number of hours since new, mainly only to move her to a new boatyard and would typically give a top speed of around 8 knots.
