This yacht has been sailed extensively in Irish Sea, Welsh and West Coast of Scotland waters.
She has been maintained to a very high standard, and is presented in pristine condition.
A previous owner was a marine upholsterer who replaced all the cabin head linings and upholstery.

With bilge keels and a spade hung rudder the last survey was in 2007.All recommendations in this survey have been completed.

The original engine was replaced in 1998,with a new Bukh 24 hp which has been properly maintained since then.
The work done includes a reconditioned water pump(2007) thermostat 2007, and front engine mounts 2008.Cutlass bearing and stern gland (2008).

The underwater hull surfaces were epoxied in 2006.

This yacht is stored ashore and is a must see for anyone looking for a Fulmar in tip top condition which is well equipped and ready to go.

Specs:

Accommodation:

A total of sib berths in three cabins, with a double in the forecabin, a double in the aft cabin and two single settee berths in the main saloon.
A separate heads compartment equipped with shower and Lavac Marine toilet and hand basin.
The head linings and upholstery were all replaced in 2004.
A Webasto diesel water heater and fan assisted radiator provide both hot water and heating.
There is a 15in Avtex digital TV with DVD player.

Galley:

A gimballed Plastimo cooker with s/s hob, oven and grill.Pressurised hot and cold water. fridge 2007, s/s sink
The Gas bottles stored in the cockpit can be isolated both manually and with an electrical isolating valve operated from the main saloon.Immersion heater in calorifier.

Sails:

1993 North fully battened main sail and furling tri radial genoa((laundered and serviced 2009)
The original main sail and genoa are also available.
Packaway main system installed 2010.
Slab reefing on the main with all lines led aft to the cockpit.

Instruments:

Nasa clipper wind speed /direction,log and depth sounder,at chart table with repeaters in the cockpit.(2007)
Nasa clipper navtex(2007) Raytheon 398 GPS(interfaced with Autohelm and Radar) RL 90 Radar, Raymarine ST2000 autohelm, Raymarine DSC VHF. Lowrance chart plotter with Nautic path chart (2008) Interfaced with VHF.

Electrical System:

three batteries, 1xengine and 2x service. Rutland wind generator. Shore power.

Equipment:

Demountable cockpit table, warps and fenders, 2xanchors, horseshoe life buoy, dan buoy and jackstays.
