A fine example of the innovative design by Philippe Briande for Jou?t, built by Yachting France in 1985.
Very well cared for by the current owners, she is a quality small GRP sailing cruiser with diesel inboard, swing keel, tiller steering, transom hung rudder, and berths for 5 to 6 people.The sails were new in 2002 and both standing and running rigging were renewed in 2006.
An ideal cruising boat for a couple and the shallow draft with the keel up will let you easily explore those isolated anchorages, yet she will safely give a good 5 to 6 knots under sail.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is in 2 cabins. The main saloon has a good forward double v-berth and 2 settee berths. The aft cabin has a good sized double berth and is light an airy with no less than 3 port lights giving it a comfortable open feeling unlike many small cruiser aft cabins.
Good size heads compartment with sea toilet and wash basin with manual pumped cold water.

Origo twin burner spirit stove new in 2006, cool box, sink (with manual pumped cold water) and shelving.

Sails:

Main by Owen Sails 2002 in very good condition, slab reefing.
150% Genoa by Owen Sails 2002 in very good condition, roller reefing (Jeckells Bulldog).
Cruising chute - unknown age.

Nasa Clipper Log, Speed, Depth (2006).
Nasa Clipper GPS repeater (2006).
Lowrance fishfinder/GPS (2006).
VHF.

Electrical System:

12 volt. Two new batteries in 2010.

Equipment:

Liferaft, Tender, fenders, 4 lifejackets, 10Kg Bruce anchor on 45 metres of chain, jackstays, warps and lines, deck brush, boathook, 4 winches and handles, pump and oars for tender, radar reflector, sail bags and cover, spray hood frame (not fitted).

Additional Info:

Shaft drive from Yanmar 1GM 10 engine with approximately 200 hours from new, replacing the original Volvo.
